There should be a machine name listing under the server name of the corresponding machine
+ For shared hosting, you should ask for primary domain that the host is connected to inside https://bo.1byte.com/shared-hosting go to manage of the corresponding hosting and provide us with the domain name and Cpanel username For SMS you should ask for SMS id inside https://bo.1byte.com/sms/management
+ After receiving information from customer you should send them to the technical team
