13. Why I don’t see email DNS records? Why I don’t see MX, MXE or Email Forwarding Records? Why I don’t see personal DNS option?
Jul, 10, 2022 + You need to switch nameserver option to basic DNS
+ Please go to your domain dashboard
+ Press manage button on the domain you want
+ Look at the right side you will see nameserver combo box with basic DNS option
+ Then press advance DNS option on the DNS management tab to display Email Records and personal DNS option
